You can easily export your business account trips for invoicing and reconciliation using our export tool:
Before exporting, refine your data using the available filters:
Customer β Select a specific account or client
Date Range β Choose the billing period
Account Customers Only β Show only business account trips
Include Cancelled Trips β Include or exclude cancelled bookings
Company β Select the correct company (if you manage multiple businesses in Mission Control)
Using these filters ensures your export matches your billing requirements accurately.
Once your filters are set, you can export your data in the following formats:
Raw CSV β Full dataset for custom analysis or internal use
Sage Export β Pre-formatted for Sage accounting
Xero Export β Ready for direct use in Xero
