Repeat Services allow you to schedule recurring bookings for customers, such as school runs, daily commutes, or regular corporate rides. This feature makes it easy to manage repeat trips, ensuring smooth operations with minimal manual input.

How to Create a Repeat Service

  1. Navigate to Repeat Services Log into the platform and go to
  2. Repeat Services.
  3. Click “Create” Start a new repeat service by clicking the Create button.
  4. Set Up the Service Service Name:
    1. Enter a reference number provided by the client. If none is given, use an internal reference number.

    3. Create the Service: Now that the customer and reference are attached, you can proceed with setting up the trip.
Add Service Name and Associate the customer

Trip Structure: Outbound & Return Format

Each repeat service consists of:
  1. Outbound Trip: The initial journey (e.g., pickup from home to school/work).
  2. Return Trip: The return journey (e.g., pickup from school/work back home).

Key Trip Details

  1. Date Range: Set the start and end date of the service (e.g., if a school run starts on 06/06/2025 and ends on 17/07/2028, enter this range).
  2. Passenger Information: If passenger details were already added when associating the customer, you can skip this step—unless internal policies require additional details.
  3. Lead Passenger Information (for school runs or special cases):
    1. Lead Pax Name: Either the passenger’s name or the passenger assistant’s name.
    2. Contact Number & Email.
    3. Reference: Best practice is to enter the route or client reference number here.
    4. PO Number (if applicable): If the client has issued a PO number, enter it here.

Addresses & Routing

  1. Add all route addresses in the correct pickup order.
  2. Rearrange addresses by clicking and dragging them as needed.
  3. Passenger Information per Location:
  4. Each address can have specific passenger details, contact numbers, and notes (visible to the driver).

Trip Attributes & Special Requirements

You can add trip-specific attributes to meet passenger needs, including:
✔ Ride Type
✔ Passenger Count
✔ Luggage Requirements
✔ Room/Table Reservations
✔ Wheelchair Access
✔ VIP/Priority Booking

Preassigning the Trip

You can preassign the trip to a driver so that they automatically get the job whenever the route is active.

Costing & Payment

The platform allows you to set and adjust costs to ensure correct billing for customers and proper driver payments.

Payment Types

  1. Cash: Customer pays the driver directly.
  2. Card: The trip is automatically charged to the customer’s stored card (powered by Stripe).
  3. Account: The ride is billed according to the invoicing policy (Daily, Weekly, Monthly).
  4. Card In Cab: Payment processed via SumUp, DOJO, or any other integrated payment method.

Fare & Driver Payment

  1. Final Cost: The amount charged to the client.
  2. Driver Cost: The fixed amount the driver is paid.
  3. Fixed Commission: Leave this blank to apply the driver’s standard commission or enter a custom commission amount.
  4. Additional Charges: Add any extra charges that apply (these will be billed to the client and included in the driver’s payment).
Note: Drivers do not see the Final Cost—they only see their Driver Cost and Commission.

Adding Notes

  1. Driver Notes: Important instructions for the driver (shown in their app). Avoid repeating pickup location details.
  2. Internal Notes: Notes for your internal team (not visible to the driver or customer).
